Corporate Secretarial & Administrative Assistant

Full Time

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  1. Attend to Business Name registrations, renewal and change of business name details

  2. Incorporation of Companies

  3. Establishment of Trusts/ Super Funds

  4. Scanning & Filing Corporate register documents

  5. Keeping up with ASIC changes and requirements according to the Corporations Act.

  6. Preparation and lodgement of ASIC forms to update Clients database and ASIC’s records using CAS 360 to oversee corporate database of 1000 Companies and Corporate Registers.

  7. Attend to Annual Company Statements, Minutes and ASIC Invoices

  8. Tracking and management of ASIC lodgements including following up clients to ensure lodgement due dates & payments of ASIC fees are met, using CAS 360.

  9. Preparing ID verification as required.

  10. Preparation of Group Schematic Diagrams using MS Visio

  11. Stamping & Duty payments to State Revenue Office

  12. Preparing letters & invoices

  13. Conduct ASIC Searches and Title searches

  14. Maintenance of Client Details including setting up new clients on XERO, FYI & BGL360

  15. Assisting with lodgement of tax returns

  16. Fusedocs, collation & uploading documents onto clients Portal

  17. Assisting with Reception duties when required

  18. General administrative tasks as requested from time to time.

Essential skills:

  • Proficient with MS365, BGL360, XERO, FYI, FUSESIGN
  • Extensive experience with ASIC regulations & Corporate Secretarial using CAS 360 Ability to hit the ground running
  • Excellent organisation and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Computer savvy
  • Enthusiastic Team Player
