Incorporation of Companies
Establishment of Trusts/ Super Funds
Scanning & Filing Corporate register documents
Keeping up with ASIC changes and requirements according to the Corporations Act.
Preparation and lodgement of ASIC forms to update Clients database and ASIC’s records using CAS 360 to oversee corporate database of 1000 Companies and Corporate Registers.
Attend to Annual Company Statements, Minutes and ASIC Invoices
Tracking and management of ASIC lodgements including following up clients to ensure lodgement due dates & payments of ASIC fees are met, using CAS 360.
Preparing ID verification as required.
Preparation of Group Schematic Diagrams using MS Visio
Stamping & Duty payments to State Revenue Office
Preparing letters & invoices
Conduct ASIC Searches and Title searches
Maintenance of Client Details including setting up new clients on XERO, FYI & BGL360
Assisting with lodgement of tax returns
Fusedocs, collation & uploading documents onto clients Portal
Assisting with Reception duties when required
General administrative tasks as requested from time to time.
